Send til Klikkbart ]]> The biggest problem with the WordPress app for iPhone is the lack of support for Norwegian letters. When you try to write a post with any “funny” letters, you can’t post to your blog - or the app just quits.

Hopefully the next update of this app will fix this problem, ’cause it’s a very nice app.

And maybe there will be an option to place your pictures or even resize them “on the go” that would be nice.

As for now the app is (for me) in early beta mode, but with a lot of potential!

The new Automattic application for the iPhone and iPod Touch have been released. You can get your own copy over at Apples app store and start blogging right away.

I’ve had some problems posting to my WPMU based site. The application just quits. The good part is that the draft is still on the iPhone.

So now we just have to wait while Apple’s application testers approves the application.

Hopefully it will not take to long before it presents it self on an iPhone/Touch near you!

The result was some downtime.

It should be up and running again now, so I hope that no more problems will come of this not-so-timely upgrade :-)

The iPhone is a great phone/PDA, but I really (did I say REALLY?) want that application!

Donncha also announced that future releases of WordPressMU would follow the standard WordPress version numbers, with the minor releases getting a letter appended to the version number.

So summer be damned, next week you have to upgrade your blogs to the newest version - and for those of you that are like me - you’ve already upgraded to the latest beta :-)
