The server is now up and running again, after yesterday’s crash. The hard drive died on me, and with no backup (yes I know…), all was gone.

The worst part was that some of my coding was on that server - and no where else…

From now on, I’ll try to make a backup each weekend, and if I know my self, I’ll be doing that for almost a week. The good thing about this unfortunate incident - I got a bigger drive and more memory in the box :-)

So hopefully this will last me for some time.

For those of you that came here by the way of Google or any other search engine, I’m sorry, but most likely what you where looking for is no more.

My server had a crash today, but now it’s up again - with a new disk.

And of course I did not have any backups…. So now the task to rebuild the site starts.

Well, as they say - shit happens :-)
